20 Year Tenure

"I love the customer service and the unity of the company! This is reflected by the fact that Lone Star Communications sees the importance of taking the customers ideas and turning them into reality, and through us adopting the One Team, One Purpose and One Family motto to show how strong we can be together as an organization and for our customers."

-Employee, Service Department

5 Year Tenure

"Why I like working for Lone Star?

I enjoy my job at LSC because we sell, design, train, program, install and service the products that provides means for critical communications and life safety alerts/alarms within schools, hospitals, and senior facilities.

At the end of the day, you can say that you were a part of the efforts in making it all possible.

I wanted to add my favorite quote because I feel that LSC mirrors it.

'Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." By Margaret Mead...but there goes my anonymity.'"

2 Year Tenure

"I have been a part of the Lone Star team for just over 2 years now. As a single mom, I was looking for a career that provided stability, but also flexibility to be available for my family, and opportunity to grow and develop my skills. The position itself provided that, but what really interested me was the team. While Lone Star provides all the benefits of a corporate structure, there is a unity between coworkers that allows us the freedom to be ourselves, and also inspires us to be our best selves. Our input is encouraged, and valued, and we are consistently provided resources to expand our capabilities. As a woman on the operational side of technology, it is easy to feel like you have hit the glass ceiling, but at Lone Star, we work above the ceilings."
