CHRIS BEAIRD
VOTED ARKANSAS APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Chris Beaird has been selected as Employee of the Month for April!!
Chris Beaird arrived at Lone Star Communications in March 2018 in the role of Install Technician and was promoted to Crew Leader less than a year later. He is married to Renee and has one daughter named Kayla who just obtained her Master’s degree. Chris is from Shreveport and grew up in the same neighborhood as Chris Ainsworth. They have remained great friends all these years. Chris B. enjoys archery, his wife and he competes in 3D archery tournaments. Chris and his co-worker Daryl placed 1st in a tournament this past weekend. In addition, he enjoys hunting and fishing and custom-builds archery arrows for all his friends. Chris has a huge heart and would do anything for anyone. Chris was nominated based on his ability to get things done, remain calm under pressure, resolve conflict, and build trust among his co-workers. We have several Infant Security Installations going on at Willis-Knighton. Not everything has gone according to plan, but Chris has been able to step in, keep everyone calm, keep the system running, and maintain our relationship with the customer. He also did a fantastic job answering questions on our latest ISO Audit for Shreveport.
During a very difficult installation of a brand-new version of an infant security system, he maintained professionalism and worked through the issues with the customer and manufacturer, displaying a calm and helpful demeanor. Over the past couple of quarters, Chris has also stepped up his leadership, development, and mentorship. All of our values are on display; One Team, One Family, One Purpose.
Chris has been at Lone Star FIVE years now and continues to grow his knowledge and obtain the CEUs he needs to be proficient. It is always a pleasure to be around him, he has a sense of humor and an uncanny ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
THE FUN STUFF
Chris will be receiving a $50 gift card, an Employee of the Month certificate, and an EOM coin.
I also would like to congratulate Donna Smith on winning the participation award. He will be receiving a $25 gift card for being randomly selected among those that participated.
CASEY LACKEY
VOTED GRAND PRAIRIE APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that the Grand Prairie team has selected Casey Lackey as Employee of the Month for April!
Casey started his career at Lone Star Communications on August 24th, 2020. He is a part of our Operations Department and holds the position of Installer.

JORGE CERDA

Jorge started his career at Lone Star Communications on May 10th, 2021. He is a part of our Operations Department and holds the position of Warehouse Assistant.

OMAR PUENTE VOTED HOUSTON APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Omar Puente has been selected by the Houston team as Employee of the Month for April!
Omar is Second-Time Offender! :) He was our employee of the Month in August of 2021!
Omar has been recognized as the employee of the month twice both in different years. He is going on 13 years of being employed for Lone Star. Omar is described by many as a dependable person and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Congratulations Omar! Keep up the great work!

THE AWESOMENESS
Omar will receive a gift set from behind door #2 in Alyssa’s Office and we will add his name to the plaque in the front office to start off the Employees of the Month for 2023.
Finally, Omar will receive a limited-edition Employee of the Month Commemorative Custom Coin that is still being designed.
