Hello Lone Star Family,
Here we are with another shout out from Central Texas.
Happy New Year!
We are all hitting the ground running. Seems like we are moving even faster than this time last year.
The challenges continue – keeping our people healthy, supply chain issues, more and more COVID, high census in hospitals…
Together, we continue to push forward.
Here in Central Texas – our Education team has secured headend changeouts for 2 districts (8 total changeouts with more on the way). This is a great way to get going!
On our healthcare side – we are receiving PO’s for 2022 Baylor Scott & White projects and expect several more on the way.
HCA has issued a PO for a total hospital R5 hardware retrofit in San Antonio and we are expecting another in Corpus Christi in the second quarter.
We have worked in conjunction with our team in Houston and expect to have our contract for the new Texas Children’s Hospital in the next few weeks as well.
Our annual SPC meeting was extremely productive – more details to come on those initiatives as we flesh them out but excited to say we are setting ourselves up for quite a year.
Also – we should all be excited about our new Professional Services group – this will allow us to spread our wings clinically and technically. We will be able to support our current customers in new ways as well as add customers (both hospitals and other Rauland distributors) due to what this group will offer. We won’t be waiting, hoping other companies come up with needed integrations – we will be the ones attacking the issues we encounter, we will be the ones coming up with the solutions we know need be created.
So much going on – I am proud to be a part of all of it and know we will all continue to band together to make 2022 our best yet no matter what gets thrown at us.
