DAKOTA STOWE VOTED

Congratulations to the November Employee of the Month in Grand Prairie.
Dakota started her career at Lone Star Communications in the Administrative department as Receptionist on March 22nd, 2021. She currently holds the position of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Dakota is one of the first points of contact for customers and guests that visit our office and makes a point for everyone to feel welcome. She is often-times the person you see running around the office taking care of different tasks. Dakota is one of the many people behind the scenes keeping the flow of the office going and working to improve anytime she can. She is a well-rounded individual and has a drive to learn more. Dakota takes initiative every day and demonstrates what it is to be One Team, One Purpose, and One Family.

Dakota is always willing to help anyone with any of their needs, with a positive and friendly attitude. She has a strong work ethic and takes the initiative to continue to learn new tasks. Although she is relatively new to the Lone Star family, she has made herself known throughout the company for all of these exceptional traits. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team.

ERIK ROSAS VOTED EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
The Employees of Lone Star Communications Houston have voted Erik Rosas our October 2021 Employees of the Month.
Rey will be passing the baton over to Erik.
Erik Rosas grew up in the City of Compton just south of Los Angeles, California. In 1994 his family decided to make the move far away from The Golden State to great state of Texas. Erik is a father of four (3 girls and 1 boy) and recently became a grandfather to a beautiful baby girl. In his spare time Erik enjoys riding bikes with his wife and playing golf. Even though Erik has been in Texas for a long time he is still a diehard fan of the LA Dodgers, LA Lakers, and LV Raiders. Erik recently was heartbroken by his favorite baseball team the LA Dodgers who came short to the Atlanta Braves in games 6 of the NLCS on Saturday October 23, 2021.

THE FUN STUFF
Erik will receive a gift set from behind door #1 in Ron’s office and we will add their name to the plaque in the front lobby alongside the other 2021 Employees of the Month.

JERRY PALIK VOTED EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
I would like to congratulate Jerry Palik on being chosen by the LSAR team as the October Employee of the Month. Jerry is an Installer in the Springdale office and was nominated based on his leadership and setting a high bar of excellence on the install team. He will be receiving a gift card and a certificate. Congratulations Jerry!!
I also would like to congratulate Donna Smith on winning the participation award. She will be receiving a $25 gift card for being randomly selected among those that participated.

CHILI COOKOFF
