HASHEM TAHAJJOD
VOTED GRAND PRAIRIE JUNE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that the Grand Prairie team has selected Hashem Tahajjod as Employee of the Month for June!
Hashem started his career at Lone Star Communications on June 11th, 2013. He is a part of our IT Department and holds the position of Technology Integration and Development Architect.

"Hashem just celebrated his LSC birthday of 10 years and his actual birthday as well. He has played a critical role in the evolution of technology and integration for Lone Star during his time as a leader and innovator within the company. As a member of the R&D team, many of the integrations Hashem develops are not well known and much of the work is behind the scenes. Most of us see the result of his work when our customers implement these solutions as part of our normal nurse call projects. ROLAND SOTELLO

We are proud to announce that the Grand Prairie team has selected Roland Sotello as Employee of the Month for June!
Roland started his career at Lone Star Communications on December 6th, 1993. He is a part of our Operations Department and holds the position of Lead Technician.

"Roland exemplifies the core values of LSC everyday. I had the pleasure of working with Roland on my very first day (he probably describes it differently). From day one, he instilled the core values of LSC in me though we did not call them CVs then. I remember when were we working together and I was lamenting on pulling cable ‘in a harder way’ than how other trades on the site were doing it and implored him to ease up on the requirements. He said ‘no knucklehead, we do it this way because it is the right way and right thing to do no matter how the other trades do it. Our standards are our own and not relative to others’. That has stuck with me ever since that day in June, 24 years ago.
Roland will always do what it takes to do the job right, and make sure the customer is taken care of. He is always there for the team and will do everything he can to help out. He cares deeply about his coworkers, beyond the coworker they are to the human-being level. #One Team, #One Purpose, #One Family.

JUAN CASTILLO
JUAN CASTILLO VOTED HOUSTON JUNE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that Juan Castillo has been selected by the Houston team as Employee of the Month for June!
Juan is employee of the month once again, winning back in October 2022! He started his journey with Lone Star in 2016 and has been a fine member of the team. Juan is a hard worker and is always willing to help with projects. He has gotten compliments from customers about projects he’s been on and can accomplish his task in a timely manner. 🎉Congratulations Juan keep up the great work!

THE AWESOMENESS
Juan will receive a gift set from behind door #2 in Alyssa’s Office and we will add his name to the plaque in the front office to start off the Employees of the Month for 2023.
Finally, Juan will receive a limited-edition Employee of the Month Commemorative Custom Coin that is still being designed.

KEVIN HENDERSON
VOTED ARKANSAS JUNE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!
We are proud to announce that the Arkansas team has selected Kevin Henderson as Employee of the Month for June!
Kevin arrived at Lone Star Communications in August 2011 in the role of Project Manager, moved to VP of Operations, and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2019 for LSAR. He is married to Brandy and has three kids Austin (Marine), Brighton (College) Isabella (9th grade). Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, working out with his daughter at the gym, reading, and anything about the University of Michigan. He is obviously committed because he is a Detroit Lions fan. Kevin was nominated based on his leadership during a difficult time, and his ability to remain calm, provide guidance, and build trust among his co-workers. Thanks Kevin for upholding our values: One Team, One Purpose, One Family!

RICH ORVIS

We are proud to announce that the Arkansas team has selected Rich Orvis as Employee of the Month for June!
Rich arrived at Lone Star Communications in September of 1998 in the role of Engineer and is now the Director of Engineering for LSAR. He started working at age 16 delivering and setting up waterbeds. Debbie is the love of his life and he also has two daughters. He was the Arkansas State Disc Golf Champion in 1993 and played and sang for the Classic Rock Cover Bank Ruckus from 2004-2009. His current hobbies are golf and landscaping. Rich was nominated based on his ability to get things done, attention to detail, dependability, and ability to build trust among his co-workers and customers.
