LSTI, by itself, is an exciting initiative and program developed to provide Lone Star Communications employees an opportunity to not only develop, enhance, and reinforce technical skillsets but also a centralized hub for knowledge share, career development, and learning for all employees and regions regardless of their role.
The LSTI website is an online registration platform you can find in SharePoint. Through the platform, employees may search or browse scheduled trainings that are relevant while managers can use it to address critical training issues within their team.
In the past, LSC relied on third-party training vendors to develop talent within the organization, but unfortunately, sessions often look like a one-size-fits-all model of training. They provide the information and training for an individual to take back and figure out how it applies to their job. With the development of LSTI, that’s no longer the case! LSTI trainers will provide world-class training opportunities while ensuring that all information is relevant to Lone Star Communications and the roles within the organization. This is a game changer for the company and its employees.
