Lauryn & Kristin Best

Those of you that have not had the pleasure of meeting Kristin Best, have been missing out on her upbeat personality and her infectious smile.

Kristin grew up in Riverside, California. She moved to Georgetown in 1995 with Dell Webb Corporation, where she served as a contract coordinator, customer service and worked in land development. She then went on to work for Builder Jimmy Jacobs, where she worked on contracts, as well as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Kristin started with Advanced Communications eleven years ago, as our Accounts Receivable clerk. She quickly got to know our customers, as well as our employees. She added Office Manager to her job duties and recently, she transitioned to Payroll Specialist. She currently completes payroll for all four companies, as well as certified payroll and CCIP for all four companies.

Kristin has a daughter named Lauryn who played softball and majored in communications at Saint Lawrence University in New York. Kristin has many great stories of traveling across country watching Lauryn play in softball tournaments. Lauryn just graduated in May and is currently back home, looking for a job.

Kristin recently purchased her forever home in historic, downtown Georgetown. She is remodeling it to make it her own. Kristin is very active in her church, serving as an elder for the children/youth/family ministry. She enjoys traveling to visit family, hanging out

with her fifteen-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Jackson and strolling the Saturday Farmer’s Market. Her eighty-five-year-old mother will soon be moving to Georgetown and Kristin is excited to spend more time with her.

Kristin is a team player and constantly uplifts our office with her sunny outlook on life. She consistently demonstrates the core values of One Team, One Purpose, and One Family and is an amazing asset to our work family. We are so lucky to work with her!
