In a groundbreaking decision, Lone Star Communications switches learning management systems to increase accessibility and enhance learning opportunities for all employees.
Grand Prairie, TX – After months of searching, Lone Star Communications leadership team switched learning management systems to PayCom. The move allows all LSC employees access to learning through the PayCom app and website.
Trey Meador, the Manager of Talent Development at Lone Star Communications for less than two years and the author of zero books, led the search for the new learning management system.
“At the end of the day, it came down to what would make learning more accessible for employees and met the logistical demands of the company that is still growing despite COVID-19. PayCom checked all those boxes,” Meador said. “We are excited to extend our partnership with PayCom and look forward to reinforcing a learning culture at LSC that values personal success as highly as organizational success.”
The new learning module will be available on October 1st, 2020 for all company employees.
